Electropneumatics was founded by Mr. Antony Rasquinha in 1972 with a team of five. The first product was an indigenously designed pneumatic valve that was an affordable import-substitute.

From then on, continuous focus on indigenous development and taking on technical challenges has led to the creation of several products and technologies, many of which were pioneering and India's first.

Over the decades, one success led to many others and the company has grown in strength to become a total solutions provider with in-house strengths in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronics, software domains.

This culture of R&D and innovation, and a belief in indigenisation has been the bedrock of Electropneumatics.
